I led designers at Babbel across growth, engagement and new business initiative areas. We designed experiences to onboard language learners, help them discover a variety of learning content, help them build habits, and celebrate the progress they make.

I was the founding designer at Ciara where we developed a digital meeting assistant for remote teams. This was a 0 -> 1 product building experience for me where I partnered closely with the founders and put on multiple hats: researcher, product manager, product designer, and marketing designer to name a few.

Before working in-house, I was at IDEO where I started off as a design researcher & designer focused on digital products & services. I then led teams that helped organizations of various sizes uncover new opportunities, launch new ventures, and transform the way they work to be more resilient. Some clients I had the privilege of working with: Airbnb, Bosch, Lindt, Michelin, Sanofi, Siemens Healthineers and Zeiss.
Whilst at IDEO, I was a resident at La Victoria Lab in Lima where I helped design and run an internal corporate startup accelerator program for Intercorp — Peru’s largest business conglomerate. Cima is a successful financial product that emerged from this accelerator.
